Stevio Glycosides is a type of tetracyclic diterpenoids. Steviol glycosides have various forms. According to the content in natural stevia dry leaves, they are Stevioside, Rebaudioside A(Reb A), Rebaudioside C(Reb C), Dulcoside A,ect. Among them, Reb A is the one with the best taste.

Reb A has one more glucosyl than Stv, therefore, compared to Stv, Reb A has a fuller sweet taste with less aftertaste and bitter lingering.
From the processing procedureThe crude sugar extracted from stevia dry leaves contains different proportions of STV and Reb A, with 10% of other natural ingredients. By dissolving in natural edible alcohol and seperated by resin, we can further produce the refined steviol glycosides with higher stv and Reb A co ntent.
Pure high content Reb A is white crystalline powder, being 200~300 times the sweetness of sucrose. It is a high intensity 0-calorie plant-based sweetener. Its taste is close to sucrose with less bitter aftertaste. Reb A has become the main stevia specification after the Reb A 97 came on the US market in 2008. It can be widely applied in sugar-reduction beverages, foods and pickles.
